Banrural Corp has a comprehensive compliance program that
describes to our employees and agents how we expect them to
adhere to our policies and complying of the state and federal
laws as well as the services rendered to our customers.
The Board of Directors of Banrural Corp are committed to abiding
by and adhering to all State and Federal rules, laws and
regulations pertaining to Money Service Businesses, Anti-Money
Laundering laws and the Bank Secrecy Act. Banrural Corp supports
the U.S.A. Patriot Act of 2001. Banrural Corp will always be
making an extra effort to provide efficient, reliable, courteous
and confidential service to our customers. We will at all times
conduct our business in an ethical and responsible manner. We at
all times expect our Employees, Agents and Agents’ Employees to
parallel our business ethics, compliance philosophies and our
commitment to following the laws of the United States of America
and other countries where we operate.
We are dedicated to servicing only legal business; therefore we
will not sacrifice our ethics to do illegal business. We will
enforce our policies with our employees and our agents to comply
with the laws not only as written here, but we will comply with
all government rules.
The profits that our company has are the direct result of the
level of service that we provide to our honest, working and
loyal customers. We can never overlook the fact that customers
have the freedom of choice as to who they choose to conduct
business with.
An external compliance
audit is conducted on an annual basis. The compliance auditor
also reviews the internal monthly compliance reports produced
during the year.
